Manage projects in Vietnam from NPI to Mass Production, acting as the internal project coordinator at the Vietnam plant.
Perform cross-border project management responsibilities, overseeing and controlling the overall project schedule and progress.
Monitor and manage project timelines of local suppliers surrounding the Vietnam plant.
Lead customer audits and factory evaluations conducted in Vietnam.
Coordinate and facilitate customer visits to Vietnam.
Manage handover processes and logistics operations during the mass production phase.
Collect product, market, customer expansion strategies, and new technology information from clients to support internal decision-making.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Male/Female, under 45 years old
Bachelor's Degree or higher
At least 4-5 years of experience in project management for electronics manufacturing plants, covering the process from NPI to Mass Production.
Proficient in both English and Chinese.
Strong experience in project coordination and timeline management.
