* Key Responsibilities:
- Supports a Construction Project Manager by handling administrative duties, coordinating project activities, and ensuring communication among team members and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include tracking project timelines and budgets, preparing reports and documentation, scheduling meetings, and resolving issues to keep the project on track. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this foundational role in a project's lifecycle.
- Travel as needed for project-related activities, with expenses covered by the company.
Yêu cầu
* Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have knowledge about construction is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

- Willingness to travel as required.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
