Project Manager (with Business Analyst mindset)
Project Manager (with Business Analyst mindset) The Project Manager (with Business Analyst mindset) ensures successful delivery of digital products by bridging business requirements, user needs, and technical execution. This role combines PM and BA responsibilities, including defining scope, translating requirements into clear specifications, and planning project timelines.
They coordinate cross-functional teams, manage progress, risks, and expectations, and ensure smooth execution from planning to delivery. Working closely with clients,
designers, and
developers, they maintain alignment between business goals, user experience, and technical feasibility to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, accountable, and takes ownership of their projects. Due to the nature of agency work, you should also be comfortable responding to urgent client requests or providing support outside regular working hours when necessary.
What You'll Do
Work directly with clients, founders, and stakeholders to understand business goals and product requirements.
Translate ambiguous ideas into clear product requirements, documentation, and actionable deliverables.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, priorities, and delivery plans.
Write and maintain PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), User Stories, acceptance criteria, and development backlogs.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers to define user flows, wireframes, and interaction logic.
Coordinate Designers and Developers to ensure efficient project execution.
Manage project backlogs, track tasks, monitor progress, and proactively identify risks or blockers.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility throughout the project.
Facilitate requirement workshops, project updates, sprint planning, and feedback sessions.
Promote a user-centered and product-thinking mindset throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Due to the nature of agency work, you should also be comfortable responding to urgent client requests or providing support outside regular working hours when necessary.
What We're Looking For
Strong English communication skills (required)
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
Strong Business Analysis experience, especially in writing product documentation, PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
Hands-on Project Management experience, including backlog management, task tracking, timeline planning, and cross-functional coordination.
Passion for digital products, with previous experience in a technology company, product team, startup, or digital agency being a strong advantage.
Experience participating in the end-to-end product development process.
Ability to manage multiple projects while effectively prioritizing work.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience creating wireframes or using AI tools to generate wireframes and product flows is highly preferred.
Self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn, and committed to long-term growth.
Understanding of UX principles, user flows, and system design is a strong plus.
A degree is not required, but backgrounds in Business Analysis, UX, HCI, Product Management, or Project Management are highly valued.
You are a great fit if you have experience in:
User research or UX thinking.
