The Job

Develop project plan on resources, schedule and quality.
Efficiently manage resources and costs.
Proactive troubleshooting and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive the development team towards the project goals.
Timely and transparent reporting on the project to stakeholders, periodically and on demand.
Actively work with the Development team and Production team to avoid any risks of delays and source code quality.
Manage the team to deliver according to the milestones committed with customers.
Monitor the development team to ensure project milestones and end results are well delivered to achieve project goals.
Navigate customer expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of the project team and the company through initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Your Skills and Experience

At least 1 year experience in software development project management
More than 2 years of experience in applying Software Development Life Cycle (analyze, design, develop, test, and apply) and experience using Software Design Patterns
Equip with knowledge of source code management systems such as Git, SVN, etc.
Proficient in using project management tool, applying Scrum model management
Business thinking and ability to develop a vision for the direction of the product.
Demonstrate the ability and willingness to continually acquire new competencies and accept new challenges as well as Agility and flexibility to respond to changing priorities and needs.
Critical thinker with creative problem solving skills.
Excellent organizational, time management and client relationship development skills, and strong project management knowledge such as planning, monitoring and control skills.
Technical background or experience in hands-on coding tasks is a plus
