About the role:

KPMG Tax and Advisory Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced data management professional. This role requires a mix of broad business technical acumen, the ability to inspire and influence decisions, and effective skills to communicate with key project stakeholders.



The successful candidate will manage data governance/management advisory project by working closely with client' stakeholders and collaborate with project team members, business partners in order to deliver and achieve project outcome successfully. This role will require frequent interaction with senior leaders across client's business units and internally, be data and result oriented and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.



Key responsibilities:



• Create and manage a project plan, suggest appropriate task activities to meet the project's needs, and update the plan often throughout the project.

• Manage project resources by tracking actual incurred effort and reviewing the workload of project team members to make necessary adjustments and elevate resource requirements as needed.

• Manage the project timeline and milestones, early warning of any indication of lateness or delay.

• Identify the project the issues and risks, closely monitor their status and propose risk treatment plan to minimize the overall impact to the project

• Closely monitor project costs and expenses, provide early notice if the cost is running over budget, and review and/or sign off for incurred costs.

• Oversight the project workstreams, ensure the project deliverables are under proper quality check and control before communicating to client.

• Manage client's expectation and requests to avoid the unexpected or surprise towards client or project team.

• Track any customer requests for changes and assess their impact on the project as a whole before submitting them to the Change Control Board for approval and execution.

• Participate in the review process for major project milestones and provide quality feedback on project deliverables.

• Facilitate discussions, interviews, and workshops between project team members and clients, ensuring smooth verbal and written communication.

• Plan and lead all internal conversations, planning, and workshops, as well as offer feedback on the approach and/or project conclusion..

• Facilitate the development of data governance framework components (at both a high level and a granular level, on both technical and non-technical factors) and aid the customer with their implementation across the company.

• Be responsible for developing and maintaining adequate documentation and operating procedures for all process activities, as well as being prepared for internal quality inspections as needed.
