Working with the Chief Operating Officer you will be responsible for managing the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of various projects, from the detailed design phase through to handover/commission. In this role you will need to ensure that projects are delivered to the agreed criteria, ensuring cost, timeliness, quality, scope and conformance to regulatory standards are consistent with the strategy and goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a clear plan and roadmap to deliver the work on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders (finance,
designers, development teams, and operations) to ensure successful delivery that meets business needs.
• Manage risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks.
• Provide progress and status updates via governance reports.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure projects are consistently delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform any other tasks as directed.
Successful candidate attributes:
• 3+ years of proven experience with project management delivery, methodologies, principles, governance, and reporting
• Well-developed interpersonal and English language communication skills (IELTS 7.0+) to produce and deliver workshops, forums, presentations, project board reports, briefings, and submissions to stakeholders.
• Ability to exercise sound business acumen in corporate governance when executing project activities and monitoring performance.
• Proven ability to develop working relationships with stakeholders and become a credible advisor.
• Ability to lead and achieve results in a high-profile, fast-paced environment with changing demands.
