Develop and foster effective relationships internally and externally, including all parties.
Has overall responsibility for the successful management of real estate projects from beginning to finish
To ensure high quality development management; managing financial objectives of the project and others project objectives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction / Project Management
Minimum 10 years of professional working experience in the real estate project industry with at least 5 years as the project manager. Successfully delivered residential/High-rise projects
Experienced in working exposure countries in Southeast Asia (Vietnam is a plus)
Experienced in project management township/ mixed projects is a plus
Excellent communication in English
Excellent leadership and communication skills, organizational, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
