Provide advanced technical services to Sales during tendering, play as centralized filter for technical related matters.
Lead the preparation of Pre-Qualification and Tender Documents.
Lead the preparation of Schedules development, from initial stage until detailed coordination stage.
Lead the Proposal/Contract preparation and improvement in coordination with Legal, FNC, and other related Depts.
Lead the technical verification & clarification with Customers & Consultants if strategic projects.
Lead the sourcing activities of non-standard services/products required by Customers.
Maintain fruitful relationships with existing Customers, Builders, Partners.
Taking over the project from Sales after Contract signed, then monitor & manage the processes (Clarification, Engineering, Procurement Plan, Fabrication Plan, Delivery Plan, etc.,) to deliver required products & services successfully.
Coordinate with Sale Engineers if Changes happen, oversee the scope and price prepared by Sale Engineers for Changes.
Monitor and manage the site supervision and coordination if required.
Coordinate with Customers, Sales, FNC and other Depts to collect payments.
Train subordinates and help team members to develop their skills.

University degree, Civil and Mechanical background.
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of the fabrication, materials, sourcing.
At least 05 years in the same position in a foreign or multinational company.
Have good experience at management level is an advantage.
Have good experience in the construction industry, fabrication, and building materials.
Have good experience in Documents (Pre-Qua, Tender, QAQC, Contract, Minutes...)
Good leadership and consensus building skills; projects planning experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English
University degree, Civil and Mechanical background.
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry.
