REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction / Project Management
More than 7 years of experience in Project Management or equivalent
Good Command in English in both written and spoken. (English Accreditation Certification or Equivalent will be preferred).
Professionalism in all aspects of the work in written, verbal manner and in demeanor
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist and Support the Senior Project Development Manager and Business Development team to assess the suitability of land and asset acquisitions against the technical and financial/budgetary.
Provide general support to the Business Development, Leasing and Asset Management teams for responding to tenant leasing enquiries, submission presentation, commercial negotiation and legal documentation;
Build Strong working relationships with the consultants and contractors;
Directly manage the development of projects as required;
Preparing detailed technical due diligence reports
Coordination of consultant to take design from concept to tender
Management and oversight of the tender process
Planning, Design and Delivery of all allocated Development Projects;
Reviewing documentation: including construction contracts, consultant agreements and other contracts such as non- disclosure agreements.
