POSITION SUMMARY
This remote position is for an experienced Infrastructure Equipment (WWTP, Boiler, Liquid Nitrogen, Compressed Air, Gas supply and equipment, etc.) engineer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibility
1 Project Management:
- Responsible for multiple projects from opportunity analysis, site investigations, data collection, initial development & defining design criteria, developing calculations to support the sizing of unit processes construction administration, commissioning & performance testing, technical reports preparation, specifications of Infrastructure Equipment project, project coordination, permitting, operations and monitoring of long-term key performance indicators.
- Lead and execute the preparation of construction documents including plans and specifications.
- Performing and/or monitoring all engineering aspects of Infrastructure Equipment projects with external consultants, engineers, vendors, and subcontractor partners.
- Support project pricing effort in partnership with the project team; Bid packages, subcontractor qualification, subcontractor bid-walks, use of third-party consultants, bid reviews, value engineering, evaluation of life cycle and long-term service agreements, etc.
- Receives general supervision on routine items which are performed according to established standards and procedures and receives specific work instruction regarding non-routine matters and deadlines.
- Achieving financial objectives through efficient utility operation, cost improvement actions and optimal cost options.
2 Design:
- Complete designs for upgrades and expansions to Infrastructure Equipment facilities. Prepare design calculations, process flow diagrams and cost estimate for projects
- Conduct technical evaluations of various unit processes and equipment to support planning and design related to Infrastructure Equipment systems
- Create basic to moderate complexity water & wastewater treatment facilities, water and sewer systems, pipelines, pump stations, remediation sites, solid waste facilities, etc. engineering designs to meet project requirements.
- Performs site reviews and studies, as needed, to ensure designs are aligned with location specifications. Including performs water quality analyses and modeling.
3 Stakeholder Management:
Working closely with project and facilities team. Support project team during construction, commissioning, and performance phases to resolve design issues, document as-built conditions, and ensure performance objectives are met. Support facilities team to prospect suitable proposals, audit location facilities, participate in presentations, propose effective solutions and develop technical write-ups for competitive proposal responses. Evaluate facility upgrades through equipment or system modeling and analysis
4 Compliance Management:
- Preparation and review of technical memoranda, engineering reports, presentations, drawings, specifications, and miscellaneous contract documents with Legal team
- Performs inspections of Infrastructure Equipment; reads and interprets technical documentation and performs calculations to determine appropriate repair procedures; repairs and/or coordinates repair work as required. Assists in recommends methods for improving efficiency and controlling costs related to assigned repair and maintenance programs.
- Identify non-compliant construction and operations and apply enforcement policies. Advice on environmental/public health issues, regulations, safety, policy, and compliance. Develop testing protocols and review plans for the commissioning of Infrastructure Equipment system

CÔNG VIỆC CHÍNH

QUẢN LÝ DỰ ÁN- Quản lý dự án từ khảo sát hiện trạng, thu thập dữ liệu, phát triển thiết kế, dự toán, thi công đến commissioning và kiểm tra hiệu suất.
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ thi công, bản vẽ, specifications và báo cáo kỹ thuật.
- Phối hợp với tư vấn, kỹ sư, nhà cung cấp và nhà thầu trong quá trình triển khai dự án.
- Hỗ trợ đấu thầu, đánh giá nhà thầu, review báo giá, value engineering và tối ưu chi phí.
- Theo dõi hiệu quả dự án và đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành Utility.
2. THIẾT KẾ & KỸ THUẬT
- Thiết kế, nâng cấp và mở rộng các hệ thống Infrastructure Equipment.
- Thực hiện tính toán kỹ thuật, sơ đồ quy trình và dự toán chi phí.
- Đánh giá giải pháp kỹ thuật và thiết bị cho các hệ thống hạ tầng.
- Thiết kế và hỗ trợ các hệ thống xử lý nước/nước thải, hệ thống nước, đường ống, trạm bơm...
- Thực hiện khảo sát hiện trường, nghiên cứu kỹ thuật và phân tích chất lượng nước khi cần.
3. QUẢN LÝ CÁC BÊN LIÊN QUAN
- Phối hợp với Project Team và Facilities Team trong quá trình thi công, commissioning và đánh giá hiệu suất.
- Xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật/thiết kế phát sinh trong dự án.
- Phối hợp với các bên liên quan để đánh giá, nâng cấp hệ thống và đưa ra giải pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp.
4. QUẢN LÝ TUÂN THỦ
- Chuẩn bị và kiểm tra báo cáo kỹ thuật, bản vẽ, specifications và các tài liệu dự án.
- Kiểm tra hệ thống Infrastructure Equipment và phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề sửa chữa/bảo trì.
- Xác định các vấn đề không phù hợp trong quá trình xây dựng và vận hành, đề xuất biện pháp khắc phục.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu về môi trường, an toàn và vận hành.
- Xây dựng testing protocol và hỗ trợ commissioning hệ thống.
