Project Manager (Hiep Phuoc Factory)

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/ Automation, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or relevant technical fields.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in engineering project management within a manufacturing environment (experience in paint/coatings, chemical, heavy industry, or FMCG is highly preferred).
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end technical investment projects, facility upgrades, machinery installation, and budget/schedule control.
- Demonstrated experience in managing contractors, specification reviews, and executing projects via Stage-Gate processes.
Technical & Methodological Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Risk Management frameworks); PMP or relevant project management certification is an advantage.
- Solid capability in project financial management, including budgeting, cost estimation, trend analysis, and monitoring financial impact.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial safety standards (HSEQ), local statutory regulations, and engineering standard compliance.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts or Continuous Improvement frameworks (e.g., 5S, Root Cause Analysis, Gemba Walk) to optimize project performance.
Language & Communication:
- Excellent English proficiency (both verbal and written) for technical reporting, steering committee presentations, and cross-functional collaboration with Regional/HQ functions.
- Outstanding constructive teamwork skills; ability to co-operate well with others, share knowledge and information, and support cross-functional teams in pursuing joint project goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex project information clearly, precisely, and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
