The Job

A joining bonus amounting up to 55mil VND gross salary will be offered to candidates having at least 4 years of experience, and signing the offer during the period from August 1st, 2024 to December 31st, 2024 .

• Manage small to medium projects using Agile/Scrum or other methodologies.
• Commit to project success and people development
• Manage the relationship successfully with the client and/ or onshore managers and all stakeholders through excellent communication
• Plan, monitor, calibrate, and report the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed.
• Plan, monitor, and report progress, performance, budget, quality, and risk.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and project costs
• Participate in project estimation and bidding phase when needed.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information system
• At least 6 years of overall experience in software development
• At least 2 years of proven experience in managing teams and/ or projects
• Good at project management, people management and leadership
• Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills
• Able to learn and adapt to specific contexts, ELCA way of work, and culture

Nice to have

• Certificate in Agile/ Scrum
• Certificate in project management
