Mô tả công việc
Planning, estimating, and structuring the work and the project.
Communicating and reporting with managers and clients for project progress.
Manage issues, and engage the team on an ongoing basis to identify and proactively manage project issues, risks, action plans, and implications.
Manage and document proposed and accepted changes to the scope.
Compile historical data from previous Iterations/Releases and provide it for team-wide use and future estimating activities.

Yêu cầu công việc
Having experience in leading team sizes < 3 members for at least 6 months in an IT company.
Having experience in Software Development.
Fluent in English with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Science, Computer Science or Business or Management or Related Majors is welcomed.
Good logical thinking in programming.
Having strong project management skills gained from previous projects.
Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, proactive, and dare-to-lead characters.
Having experience in working with Agile is a plus.
Having PMP, PMI, and PSM is a plus.
Having experience in Software Development.
Fluent in English with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Total Income = Net salary + Performance bonus (>14 months salary).
Review salary twice per year base on your performance and output.
