The Project Manager - South (MEP Background) is responsible for leading B&I project delivery in Southern Vietnam, with strong focus on MEP scope, including project planning, design/technical coordination, site supervision, QA/QC, testing & commissioning support, stakeholder coordination and client reporting.
The role ensures assigned projects are delivered safely, on time, within agreed scope/budget, with required quality, compliance and SGS integrity standards.
University degree or above in Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, HVAC, Fire Protection or related technical discipline.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in MEP construction, project management, construction management, consultancy or owner's representative role.
At least 3-5 years in MEP Project Manager, MEP Manager, MEP Lead or equivalent role for industrial, commercial, hospitality, high-rise or complex building projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems including MV/LV electrical, ELV, HVAC, plumbing and drainage, fire protection/FLS, BMS and utility systems.
Good understanding of Vietnamese and international codes/standards such as QCVN/TCVN, NFPA, IEC, ASHRAE and project-specific technical requirements. Proven capability in schedule control, QA/QC, HSE, testing & commissioning, risk management, reporting and contractor coordination.
Good English communication and technical reporting skills; proficient in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD and MS Office. BIM/Revit/Bluebeam experience is an advantage.
