Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee MEP design activities, reporting directly to the Operations Director.
• Attend regular meetings (progress updates, coordination, design discussions, etc.)
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance to ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design process.
• Ensure strict compliance with all technical requirements, including Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Drawings & BOQ.
• Review drawings, specifications, and statements of work to prepare project schedules and resource plans.
• Prepare project plans, progress reports, and performance evaluation.
Yêu cầu
Please note: This position is open for Vietnamese candidates only.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and relevant professional certifications
• At least 07-10 years of experience in design project management
• Solid experience in MEP design management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects.
• Good command of English with the ability to write technical reports.
• Experience in high-rise construction design (residential, office, hotel), as well as commercial buildings and industrial parks.
• Strong understanding of the construction process and the application of MEP systems.
• Familiarity with project management software tools and best practices.
• High sense of accountability, problem-solving mindset, and team management skills.
