Project Manager / Product Manager

To help us continue to grow our offerings, we're in search of an experienced project manager to connect our business with the development team. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in product functions offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them.

You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve users experience and team efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Collaborate closely with developers, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of projects and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 3-5 years of project management and related experience
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
