Project Manager / Project Coordinator

Assist and Support the Senior Development Manager and Project manager in assessing the suitability of land and asset acquisitions against the technical and financial/budgetary objectives outlined by management, including identification of land parcels and assets that suit Customer requirements, and the Venture(s)' expansion strategy, and including participation in negotiations to acquire these sites/assets as required.
Assist with administering agreements for development, site plans, building permits etc, and advice of new regulation that may arise.
Support the Development Team in the issuance and response to RFIs from consultants.
Assist & Support the Project Manager in reporting to the Senior Projects Development Managers
Assist & Support the Project Manager in managing the projects in Vietnam in the following areas:
Coordinate project management activities internally and with consultants & contractors and assist with schedule management.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Monitor budgets and deliverables ensuring contractual agreements are maintained.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Ensure standards and requirements set for the projects are met.
Maintain and update records such as binders, documents, and project databases.
Organizing meetings and taking minutes of meeting when required.
Tracking and managing messages and paperwork.
