Project Manager Scrum Master

Duties and tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Manage each project's scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups, and activities related to teams
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks (Scrum, KANBAN)
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
• Guide development teams to higher Agile maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it
• Building resources in a cross-functional team

You should be:

• Experienced more than 5 years as a Project Manager
• Experience in a scrum master role and KANBAN leader
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
• Scrum master certification or PMP is a valuable plus
• Experience with MES is highly preferable

And have:

• A solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (SLDC)
• Experience with requirements elicitation through interviews
• The ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and competing priorities at any given point
• Experience working on projects of various sizes and scopes, as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with emphasis on customer focus, teamwork, and relationship-building
• A proven track record of understanding and negotiating the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders (internal/external) to achieve desired results
• Experience with process engineering and system design is an asset

Other requirements:

• Some flexibility of working hours as required based on business and departmental needs
• Occasional travel may be required
• Minimal physical demands, with most time spent sitting/standing in an office environment; manual dexterity required for computer usage
• Significant visual and mental concentration
