Job Objectives
The Senior Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs to support organizational and business needs. This includes working closely with project teams to address specific training requirements, facilitating Train-the-Trainer sessions, and ensuring high-quality delivery of training workshops. The role also encompasses developing and conducting sales training programs for new hires and refresher sessions for existing staff.
Responsibilities
Super Trainer for UOBV Training OD1 Project:
• Collaborate with the Project Team to identify and develop training needs for the Model Office and BD1 training projects.
• Conduct training sessions for Workstreams (WS) on products, processes, and systems in line with the training plan.
• Plan and implement training workshops for Process (multi- functional) to ensure readiness and alignment across Workstreams.
• Support the development of training programs to address evolving business needs.
• Prepare and deliver refresher and update training sessions during the Migration phase.
• Assist Workstreams in developing training materials and observe training sessions to ensure content quality and effective delivery.
PFS Training:
• Facilitate sales training programs, including new hire onboarding and refresher training for existing staff.
• Provide hands-on support in delivering training on key sales processes, systems, and best practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training delivery, program development, or facilitation.
• Experience in sales training or corporate training within the banking/financial services industry is an advantage.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to create and adapt training materials based on business requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with a collaborative approach to projects.
• Proficient in using training tools and platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, LMS systems).
