Mô tả công việc

Define business/functional requirement through the discussion with the customer
Adjust the scope of the contract
Make the entire WBS
Manage the assign, progress and quality of multiple projects
Make the plan and execute the service launch
Give the feedback to the developers on 1on1 meetings
Join the recruitment process of developers
Join the HR assessment process
Make the strategy of the development team of 1 year.

Yêu cầu

Must have:

Experience of project management for at least 4 years
Experience to discuss and negotiate with customers in uncertain situation of a project
Experience to make estimations toward potential customers
Experience the design docs such as basic/detailed design, non-functional requirement, system architecture, etc.

Nice to have:

Hold PMP certificate
Experience to make the curriculum of the training
Have a clear opinion who Vietnam IT industry should grow after the offshore center from now on
Communicate fluency in English or Japanese (we will evaluate during the interview).
