Mô tả công việc

- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
- Recommend policies, and procedures by evaluating outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends of assigned project/program
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing PMO standards.
- Facilitate dependency management across the projects and programs
- Share information, good practice and expertise with others
- Support the review and analysis of completed programs/projects, including the coordination of post implementation reviews
- Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Line Manager in order to meet department objectives

Yêu cầu

1. Must to have
- Experience: at least 3 years of project management
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, or business
- Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Excellent project management skills, include estimating, planning, organizing, and Leading.
- Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead characters,
- Fluent in English languages
2.Nice to have
- Knowledge in IT technical
- Have certifications relating to this position
