Project Manager

Managing many of the software development projects, especially digital transformation projects in the fields of insurance, finance and banking.
Managing project scope before, during and post-delivery.
Oversee the entire project/product development process - from start to delivery.
Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
Coordinate directly and with related departments on project issues, provide regular status reports, and proactively offer solutions to ensure business.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Estimate manpower, and cost of goods based on the scope of projects.
Measure project performance to minimize project risks.
Acts as a catalyst to resolve project problems and conflicts, escalation when necessary.
Evaluate the performance of employees to arrange positions or review performance.
Build project team spirit by motivating and connecting team members to contribute to company and product success.
Acting as a bridge between the client's project manager and stakeholders to handle the work of the entire project.
Participate in the project quotation process.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
