Mô tả công việc
● Lead project teams to implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects.
● Manage projects including but not limited to project planning, project budgeting, resource
management, risk management, quality management.
● Coordinate with Resource manager, sales, onshore and client for resource staffing requests.
● Coordinate with other project parties such as clients, QA, QC, etc. to make sure that the
projects meet clients' requirements & satisfaction.
● Manage project budget via quotation and monthly timesheet
● Organize a united team where all team members can communicate & contribute on assigned
activities.
● Produce activity reports for all operations of the team (monthly, weekly & ad-hoc).
● Participate in the quarterly check point and annual review for all project's members.
● Bid support including but not limited to gathering requirement, providing estimation and
planning

Yêu cầu công việc
● Qualification B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or
equivalent 2+ years of work experience in a software development environment.
● In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle Mastered at least one project
management methodology and is familiar with others (Agile/ Scrum, Waterfall...)
● Experience of at least one software development lifecycle and is familiar with others
● Experience of managing fixed price project
● Project management, Problem solving skills
● Proactive, can do attitude Interpersonal skill, able to work independently
equivalent 2+ years of work experience in a software development environment.
