The Project Manager at AZ Architects oversees office design and construction projects, with responsibilities including:
- EHS Process Management: Develop and enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) processes at construction sites, conduct safety training for employees, and ensure compliance.
- Project Management: Assess client needs, collaborate with the Board of Directors (BOD) on bidding strategies, leverage networks to enhance bidding advantages (if applicable), and evaluate supplier selections.
- Construction Management: Propose solutions, create schedules, coordinate on-site activities, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and work with M&E engineers,
designers, and project teams to finalize construction drawings and deliver projects.
- Risk and Progress Management: Track construction progress, oversee
purchasing, ensure contractor quality, lead pre- and during-construction meetings, and resolve disputes or project challenges.
- Planning and Reporting: Develop action plans, monitor and update project progress, and report to management to ensure timely, high-quality task completion.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in interior design and fit-out, with preference for candidates from multinational companies or independent project management units.
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certifications recognized in Vietnam.
- Language Skills: Good English communication skills, with the ability to read and comprehend English documentation
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with materials, interior products, and construction methods; proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities; effective communication with clients and team members.
