Project Management & Coordination
- Lead project planning sessions to define scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, content, media, design, production) and external vendors
- Monitor project progress, adjust timelines and resources when needed
- Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and on budget
- Oversee all project documentation, approvals, and reporting
Client Communication & Account Support
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
- Translate client needs into actionable plans for internal teams
- Present proposals, project updates, and post-campaign reports professionally
Quality Control & Reporting
- Review all deliverables to ensure quality, brand consistency, and strategic alignment
- Conduct project reviews, collect insights, and generate detailed reports for management and clients
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization
Strategic & Business Growth
- Participate in the tender process: proposal design, submission, and review
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or expanding client relationships
- Support the agency in developing new services or projects to enhance value offering
