Supporting new and transfer projects and ensure that all applicable deliverables outlined in the Product and Process Development Process of Sonion are executed correctly and timely.
Support product introduction and ensure new machines, fixtures, and materials are validated prior production release.
Consulting with internal departments such as Product Development, Product Engineering, Production, Industrialization, Operations QA,
Application Engineering and other relevant departments regarding the operation and appearance of new products.
Consult with Product Development on technical specifications of the products.
Generate process FMEA together with Production Engineering.
Capture lesson learned during the project phase and provide feedback to Product Development department via FMEA update list for future projects.
Generate SQC test plan and supervise the tests until release and internal approval
Support product qualification at Customer.
Provide recommendations with regards to the products.
Advising and supporting the project team members.
Compliance with policies and procedures within the framework of SBS (Sonion Business System)
