In charge of current project owners,
developers and other key stakeholders in the project market
Identify, approach and follow up on potential projects at early stages and follow up throughout the project lifecycle.
Sales-related job (quotation, contract, forecast, visit customers, report project situation)
Visit & build relationships with customers and expand the market by developing new customers, new projects
Maintain relationships and take care of the customers according to the company policy
Coordinate with other departments to perform sales-related tasks and solve customer requirements.
Prepare and submit periodic reports to the above management level, analyze the results obtained if needed

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University graduate with a major in HVAC, Thermal & Refrigeration, and Engineering or equivalent
At least 2-3 years working in sales with developers, project owners, consultants, main contractors or MEP contractors is preferred
Good at MS office
Strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship management and problem-solving skills
Proactive, result-oriented, well-organized and able to follow up multiple projects at the same time
Good at communication and English in writing and speaking
Ability to work independently and under pressure

Working hours: Monday to Friday
Leave entitlement: Up to 24 days per year, including annual leave and public holidays. Annual leave can be used during the probation period. Up to 12 unused annual leave days can be carried forward to the following year.
