Mô tả công việc
Synthesize the projects he is in charge of from planning, control, process, work, scope, time/schedule, quality, human resources, information/communication, risks, stakeholders.
Establish relationships with contractors, material departments, investors, team of architects, design consultants for construction projects.
Supporting project members in terms of processes, operations, and techniques.
Coordinate with departments to consider supplementing and improving the company's current products
Proactively propose functional handling plans in the project.
Ensure the implementation of the project according to the customer's plan.
Assist the team in handling customer complaints to ensure the highest level of satisfaction with customer complaints.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu
Graduated from a College or University majoring in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Marketing, Design or related professions.
Proficient in using office computers, work-related software.
Have at least 3 years of experience in project business or project business in the building materials industry.
Passion and love for business
Have good relationships with developers, contractors, materials departments, architects and real estate.
Know how to maintain relationships with investors.
Dynamic, creative, enthusiastic, withstand high pressure at work.
Good communication in English (required), good closing and customer persuasion skills.
Proficient in using office computers, work-related software.
Have at least 3 years of experience in project business or project business in the building materials industry.
