We are hiring 02 Project Sales Supervisors for different locations:
- 01 position based in Hanoi - covering the Northern market
- 01 position based in Khanh Hoa - covering South Central & Central Highlands areas (Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Gia Lai, Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan, Lam Dong)
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Performance
- Achieve the agreed sales target for all Knauf products and services/systems/solutions in the assigned market including identify all project sales opportunities and fully understand market situation, sales performance and plan the corrective actions /
- Engage and provide Knauf Full System Proposals for
Developers, Main and Sub Contractor to consider and apply to their projects if project is not specified
- Convince Developers, Main Cons and Sub Cons to use Knauf products/solutions in the Tender Document (under Construction Stage)
- Follow up and work with Main Cons, Sub Cons to keep the spec
- Join with distributors for bidding and report to Line Manager the status, quotation, when to deliver or install those projects
- Train Main and Sub Cons to understand about drywall systems to divert traditional brick wall to innovation drywall
- Support Project Distributors about Technical Solutions/Key Contacts/ Information to help them to follow up projects in bidding stage
- Update the Tracking Data Base with key reference projects with detailed status, specifier profiles including architects, contractors, interior
designers, gypsum installers
- Conduct small seminars/call visit to run and sell Knauf system/service to project customers
2. Market Information and Sales Analysis
- Responsible for project sales database update
- Responsible for on time submission of monthly market report which includes current and future project sales list, price monitoring and project sales analysis
- To timely provide feedback and insight from the marketplace to Line Manager, prepare accurate monthly and quarterly forecast
3. Customer management
- Ensure the maximum co-operation with the focused customer groups and efficient sales operation through monthly action plan, identifying and supporting the commercial drivers of the customers and Knauf to be perceived as adding value to its customers in a professional way
- Identify customer business drivers (what is important for them to develop their business) and ensure that they are aligned with Knauf vision and strategies
4. Demand Forecast
- Ensure on time submission of sales forecast (potential volume) to Line Manager
- Discuss and review sales forecast with Line Manager and agree action plans
5. Other tasks assigned by line manager
- Bachelor's degree or higher. Major in Architect/Interior Designer/Civil Engineer (or Business administration/other related majors with experience in construction industry)
- Have at least 03-05 years of experience in
technical sales/ project sales supervisor in construction materials
- Highly self motivated, enthusiasm and able to inspire others
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Adequate computer skills - MS Office
- Understand and able to communicate in English (Written and oral)
