To be responsible for leading project teams to develop and deliver solutions on projects
Work with Project Managers to deliver projects to high standards, on time and on budget.
Co-ordinate multi-disciplinary activities and inputs by the project team, including specialist inputs, to ensure an integrated solution
Lead technical engagement & collaborate with project teams on business requirement, analysis, design, development, and testing of the applications in support of business solutions.
Play architecture role in re-designing critical services & performance improvements
Able to articulate key issues and draft action plan and communicate with management
Close liaison with Client and other stakeholder representatives
Delivery of project outputs on time and in accordance with the allocated budgets, and ensuring Client endorsement.
Achievement of project delivery milestones - deliver quality outputs to budget and schedule.
Achievement of utilisation targets.
Satisfaction of external clients with the quality of delivery and services
Contribution to the professional development of technical staff.

industry experience
5-8 years of experience in software development and 3-year experience in Technical Lead/ or Solution Architect
Minimum 2-year of experience in developing large scale application using Python/Django with MySQL/PostgreSQL/MSSQL.
Expert in one or more programming languages, such as Python, NodeJS, JavaScript, jQuery.
Excellent in Microservices architecture for high traffic applications.
Very strong problem solving with deep system know-how across all layers
Experience in the good foundation of SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Couchbase, MongoDB.
Analyze & design the solution according to project specifications and estimation of size & efforts for the delivery. Should have in-depth knowledge of design issues and best practices.
Excellent communication skills and documentation experience, with an emphasis on explaining business/project requirements to customers and development team.
Proven ability to effectively manage timelines and deliverables
Understanding of CI/CD software development environments.
You can listen very well and enjoy communication such as presenting and moderating.
You can quickly penetrate professional and technical complexity and work out the best solution with your project team.
Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of initiative complete your profile.
