• Identify and develop new customers in the PU systems and polyurethane industry across Vietnam and the Asia Emerging Markets region
• Drive sales growth among roof panel, insulation, and PU rigid foam manufacturers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with manufacturers, processors, and distributors
• Serve as the commercial and technical interface between customers and internal technical teams
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical briefs for internal solution development
• Prepare regular sales reports covering customer visits, pipeline status, forecasts, and market insights
• Provide competitor intelligence and market feedback to regional management
• PU system houses
• Chemical manufacturers or distributors
• Construction chemicals or insulation materials companies
This role offers meaningful regional exposure with a growing portfolio in Asia Emerging Markets. The successful hire will play a foundational role in building the company's presence in Vietnam and surrounding markets, with direct visibility to regional leadership.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in PU systems, polyurethane raw materials, or chemical sales
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable with frequent travel (-50% of working time)
• Strong hunter mentality - proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently
• Confident in customer-facing roles with proven negotiation and relationship management skills
• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
• Hands-on exposure to PU rigid foam systems (raw materials, formulations, and end applications)
• Experience selling to roof panel, insulation, or construction materials manufacturers
• Mandarin language skills (a plus, not mandatory)
