Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose
Support and execute strategic plans, programs, internal and external communications and stories that focus on driving Reputation and sustainability leadership (including Sustainability action plan, workshops, framework, reports; local initiatives and citizenship programs; digital/online presence eg websites, LinkedIn....).
Execute and provide analysis, analytical report, executive summary on sustainability policies, landscape in country for Public Affairs' counsel to a broad range of internal and external contacts across all levels of management.
Be a member of Vietnam Public Affairs team, work closely with local and regional Public Affairs team, and coordinate with corporate Headquarter Public Affairs/Sustainability and citizenship, and in country cross-divisions teams, to achieve desired outcomes.
Role will work in close partnership with Sustainability and Reputation workstream - cross function/division teams, and Sustainability & Citizenship to create supporting activities/programs and execute the reputation and sustainability strategic project.
The role reports to the Public Affairs Director, Vietnam.
• Execute reputation and sustainability project action plan to drive Reputation and sustainability leadership.
• Track Reputation and sustainability action plan implementation and metrics. Ensure all leaders, divisions committed - with dashboard and implementation plan tracking in place.
• Coordinate and arrange workshops or required activities to ensure strong understanding on sustainability efforts and country action plan.
• Build comprehensive sustainability landscape reports, monitor and summary of country policies
• Assist building and implement sustainability framework and programs and other required actions for reputation and sustainability project.
• Scan and target opportunities for corporate reputation recognition / awards / executive visibility.
• Work with Vietnam Public Affairs team, coordinate with cross-division team, sustainability workstream, and Headquarter sustainability & citizenship team to roll out Vietnam local initiatives and projects strengthening reputation and sustainability thought leadership.
• Engaging Employees: implement employee communications by integrating Reputation and sustainability Building strategy (approximately 2,500 Abbott employees) in Vietnam.
• Storytelling: build or implement content following sustainability and reputation messaging to deliver impactful internal and external visibility for Abbott through corporate storytelling.

Yêu cầu
Ideal Background
• Bachelor's degree - preferably in English, Journalism, or another communication/marketing-related major. Public Relations/International relations/Business or Marketing degree preferred (from a reputed school preferred).
• It is a plus for experience in communications environments, including public relations, corporate communications departments, and journalism. Multinational experience with a Healthcare, Pharma, technology, food/FMCG company preferred.
• Experience in working in a cross-functional and global stakeholders and in corporate reputation mindset with proven success in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
• Understanding of Vietnam market dynamics and U.S. business practices necessary.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal, required.

• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to present ideas in a clear, sharp, and concise way
• High ownership and independent working.
• Strong project management - organizing/coordination skills:
o Analytical thinking and project background, initial analysis for project (ESG, sustainability, country policies...)
o efficient organizing skills to ensure the keeping of accurate records and meaningful information for reporting and evaluation.
o Proven ability to work on own/assigned initiative, meet project timeline/deadlines, multi-task and work well under pressure.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
