- To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times.
- To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- To ensure that the hotel standard of cleanliness are maintained.
- To clean the front and back areas within the specified times.
- To clean and maintain the hygienic standards of all lobby, restrooms and corridor areas.
- To vacuum carpets and empty ashtrays and urns.
- To polish and clean furniture and fixtures.
- To sweep, mop scrub, wax and polish floors.
- To wash walls and ceilings.
- To remove rubbish.
- To clean and polish elevators.
- To clean mirrors, glass and windows.
