• Analyzing the purchase needs of the company.
• Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible value for the company.
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders and contracts in accordance with procurement specifications.
• Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers and resolving any arising issues.
• Sourcing, evaluating potential suppliers, considering factors such as price, quality and that they meet the needs of the company.
• Maintaining records of purchases, pricing and other important data.
• Performing some other related work as required.
Yêu cầu
• Graduated university/college
• 1-2 experience years preferred
• English: listening, speaking, reading and writing fluently
• Word, excel, outlook processing, and filing skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Personality: harmony, careful, honest
• Prefer candidate who can start working immediately
