A. Role
• Set up difficult problems with a deep awareness of the problem and actively make efforts to solve the problem
• Planning innovation project
• Look around, collect a lot of information and judgment to prevent risks
• Provide appropriate judgment for serious situations and incidents
• Carry out difficult negotiations to resolve discrepancies creating excellent results
• Be proactive in setting group goals, developing work plans, and managing implementation

• Support the head group to smoothly complete the department's work
• Perform the team's work smoothly and report progress to the group Manager.
• Instruct group members
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any related major
• Proficiency in English, ability to read technical drawings in English
• Good at MS Office
• At least 03 years of experience in
Purchasing (experience in automobiles or motorcycles manufacturing is a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
