Key Responsibilities
Prepare documents for payment: PR, get all docs signed by managers, scan docs for filling
Scanning contracts, payment documents for team
Checking contracts (if needed)
Mailing, receiving, following up with purchasing contracts, supporting docs, make sure to have a full set of documents for each transaction.
Order stuff online in need.
