D2C Retail Assistant Senior Executive

A Retail Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in managing a retail store, which includes overseeing sales, staff, and inventory, with the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Retail Store KPIs Management
- Assist in Project management of new store opening.
- Communicate goals, sales plans, and sales results to the team as assigned.
- Monitor sales target and store KPIs by monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Analyze sales, propose and execute the action plan, and ensure the team is well communicated.
- Coordinate and support company activities to drive sales target achievement.
2. Store general administration
- Monitor all store operational issues, including store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories and price changes, etc.
- Ensures all property, facilities, and equipment's are in good condition and well maintained.
- Store VMD following up.
3. Analyze store operating profit (Store operating profit)
- Analyze performance from Store operating profit report with superiors and propose an action plan.
4. Other jobs as required by superiors.
