Purchasing & Costing Manager (Expats Welcome)

Job Description:
In your role as the purchasing manager you will lead an established team of local staff to ensure costing and budget guidelines are strictly followed. You will act a key link between our suppliers and our sales department to ensure accuracy of costing while maintaining clear and concise data reporting that allows the company to track expenditure over a period of time. It is important that you have strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience in the furniture (outdoor) field is highly desirable. Position is based in Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh. This role is for experienced candidates only who have a proven track record of working with suppliers and driving the company forward.
Job Responsibilities:
• 5+ Years' experience in Purchasing/Costing field.
• Ability to communicate in English with stakeholders of the company worldwide.
• Oversee and establish all Purchasing and Costing positions ongoing training and development
• Overall management of the Purchasing and Costing processes, including timely completion of Purchasing/Costing tasks.
• Co-ordinate and implementation of management principles and procedures with all Staff under your management
• Any additional duties/undertakings as required and agreed, to ensure the smooth and timely completion of all Costing and Purchasing matters.
• Negotiation with suppliers on raw materials and packing costs.
• Meeting with Suppliers regularly with costing staff to better understand internal costing and raw material negotiation.
• Following cost auditing procedures quarterly.
