Search and evaluate suppliers
Look for new suppliers, always make sure there are 3 suppliers approved for per material (except monopolies).
Audit the suppliers as per the supplier auditing procedure.
Prepare supplier documents for an audit.
Prepare Contracts for goods bought in the domestic market, support BoD to review and evaluate the supply contracts.
File the documents of supplier audit, track and update the list of official suppliers as regulated.
Market price research
Research the market prices of materials, goods with fluctuated prices.
Report the result of audit, improve the non-conformance issues
Recommend solutions to the goods whose prices are regularly changed in the market.
Purchasing process
Receive information of procurement and request the procurement in the software/ERP
Conduct the procedure for procurement in the software/ERP and have it approved.
Conduct the procedure for placing orders to suppliers of wood, sofa fabrics...
Prepare the proposal for procurement and advance for procurement for other goods.
Follow up the procedure for goods receipt and hand over the goods to the departments to use.
Supervise the suppliers during the delivery. When there is issue or the goods is nonconforming, solve it and record in the data to execute the supplier audit in the next period.
Employee has to achieve KPI in fixed period for saving, sourcing increases and on time delivery...
Direct purchase of new orders
Go to the suppliers' sites to buy when the suppliers do not deliver the goods to the factory.
Weekly, collect data and prepare report on the goods bought externally and recommend the solution to increase the effectiveness and save cost.
Record and deal with audit team
Collect and record documents of procurement and supplier evaluation
Present the documents of goods, procurement and goods origin to the audit team.
