Working Time: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday
Working Location: 6th Floor, Tuong Viet Building, 95 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam
JOB DESCRIPTION
Mainly support to manage vendors
Assist in researching potential partners, negotiating, signing contracts, and storing partner information and referrals
Participate in the process of reconciling vendor costs of monthly projects
Assist in checking documents monthly and receivable status with Vendor
Work with Finance & Accounting to perform cross-functional tasks including payment, debt, and document recall
Related tasks assigned by Line Manager

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
3rd-or 4th- year students from any fields, prefer to work fulltime
Intermediate English skill (IELTS 6.0/TOEIC 800 or relevant)
Good at Microsoft Office
Good Task management and problem-solving skills
Good communication and client management skills
Prudent, honest, positive
Eager to learn, can-do spirit and growth mindset
