Overview
We are looking for the Purchasing and logistics base in Hanoi Vietnam, to support the Country manager and
Sales Director in driving purchasing and logistics activities in Vietnam. The Purchasing and logistics will be responsible for finding suppliers in and outside Vietnam, handle and manages all purchasing, and logistics operations activities to ensure efficiency in supporting business activities in Vietnam.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Search for and establish relationships with Vietnam supplier and oversea suppliers.
• Effective functioning of the logistics, importation activities
• Facilitation of knowledge building and management
• Responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the customers
• Capable of proactively handling import operations, proposing plans to import goods
• Have relationship with local customs, Freight forwarder, Courier..
• Build and coordinator logistics procedure
• Logistics costing for all customer contract
• Working with local logistics service provider to get the logistics service quotation.
• Monitor local logistics service provider.
• Full responsibility for warehouse management, dispatch spare part, equipment to customer
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field (ref the candidates graduated from Foreign Trade University or National Economics University).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Have good experience on logistics and importation
• Have good experience on IT, Telecom support service contract & SLA
