Operation Executive

1. Clinic Operations

• Coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows and smooth execution according to plan.
• Monitor appointment schedules, booking status, and support manpower allocation based on customer volume.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, receptionists, coordinators, and X-ray departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support the handling of operational issues and customer feedback during daily operations.
• Monitor service quality and propose improvements to operational processes.
• Support the implementation of corporate health check-up programs and ensure operations are carried out on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, service standards, and clinic operational procedures.
• Prepare periodic operational reports as required by management.
• Investigate the causes of complaints and provide explanations and corrective solutions.

2. Team Coordination

• Support the guidance and training of new employees on operational procedures.
• Monitor team performance and report to direct management.
• Support task assignment and manpower coordination when necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure work is handled quickly and efficiently.

3. Other Responsibilities

• Proactively propose solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Support management in process improvement projects and internal operational activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

4. Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
