Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Pre-Sales Team Leader (Microsoft Devices, 1150$, ID 21212)
Be responsible for managing the daily operations, task assignment, and performance evaluation of the pre-sales support team to ensure efficient performance.
Guide and supervise team members in handling pre-sales support activities, including customer consultation, identifying sales opportunities, product recommendations, and assisting customers with online purchases.
Support the development and optimization of pre-sales support procedures and service standards to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales conversion rates.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service mindset.
Coordinate closely with sales, technical, and related departments to ensure smooth handling of customer inquiries and effective follow-up processes.
Monitor team performance data, prepare analysis and reports, and recommend improvement actions for implementation.
Maintain team motivation in a high-pressure working environment and encourage members to achieve both individual and team targets.
Requirement
Male/Female. 28 - 37 years old
Bachelor's degree or above; no specific major is required as long as the candidate meets the experience requirements.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Lead position within Sales, Pre-sales, or Customer Service.
Good English communication skills.
