Mô tả công việc
Reporting line: CFO of Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh Stadt.
Liaising with BMO in regard of Purchasing required items for BMO stock and related departments of Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh Stadt.
• Attend negotiations of contracts and formulate policies with suppliers;
• Prepare a forecast of yearly purchasing plan based on the yearly budget approved;
• Develop cost reduction strategies and savings plans;
• Compare prices, specifications, quality, delivery dates, terms and conditionsto determine
the best bid among potential suppliers;
• Support DH BMO team with any/all purchases following PP (procurement policy); work
with both BMO staff and vendors/suppliers regarding orders, status, changes, invoices
payments, and cancellations;
• Coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, delivery time and
distributing materials/equipment/machinery, and supplies;
• Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders;
• Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating
requests;
• Prepare bid awards requiring the Board's approval;
• Perform the ordering/buying duties materials/equipment/machinery, and supplies when
necessary;
• Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance;
• Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts;
• Maintain operational records, and purchasing docs including purchase requests,
purchasing orders, Good Delivery Note or Good Return Note, Stock Issuance Note etc.;
• Manage and update the profile of Suppliers/Contractors/Service Providers, including the
updated price list and the status of each contract;
• Keep updated the Warranty Timeline of purchased Tools/Equipment/Machines;
Well monitor stock-in, stock-out, and inventory to ensure the adequate stock balance for
efficient utilization and no occurrence of high rate of death stock;
• Perform any other duties as required from time to time by the superiors;

practices;
• Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and
their applications;
• Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing
customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting
quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Education
• Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree of Economics, Business Administration,
Banking or relevant majors;
• Computer literature: Microsoft office (Word/Excel), Powerpoint; Outlook;
