- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within 4-5 star hotels or resorts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for reporting and communicating within an international corporate environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and hotel management systems (e.g., SMILE, Opera, or similar ERP software).
- High level of integrity, honesty, and the ability to work under high pressure during the pre-opening phase.
- Demonstrate a strong results-oriented mindset, with proven leadership, team management, and people development skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic execution skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
