Mô tả công việc

Issue purchase orders to vendors.
Create and manage delivery schedules and track progress (maker's production plan, vessel booking, loading/shipping schedule, customs clearance, delivery plan to the factory).
Negotiate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Verify and confirm shipping documents (B/L, C/O, invoice, packing list) and manage payment procedures for vendors.
Resolve or coordinate resolution for aging materials, rejected materials, and claims against vendors.
Generate reports and assist in processing: monthly supplier evaluation, rejected materials report, accounts receivable/payable confirmation.
Promptly report problems to superiors to find solutions and ensure production plans are met.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu

Graduated from college or university with a major in Economics, Business Administration, Export-Import or related fields.
Possess knowledge of procurement, import and export procedures, and understanding of laws and regulations related to import/export and Customs procedures.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in office computer skills, including SAP proficiency.
Fluent in speaking and writing English or Chinese.
