Purchasing Planning Specialist (Working in Hai Phong)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and control ordering parameters to ensure successful order releases via the system.
2. Review all purchase orders, including adjustments, updates, and modifications before the release deadline.
3. Issue purchase orders to suppliers and the purchasing department based on the current order plan.
4. Prepare and submit periodic order release reports.
5. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve backlogs and minimize errors during order issuance.
6. Check and process supplementary purchase orders when required.
7. Monitor and follow up on any issues related to purchase orders.
8. Resolve outstanding orders from previous periods.
9. Coordinate with the IT department to handle system-related issues affecting order processing.
10. Complete reports and other tasks as assigned by management.
