1/ Material Control Specialist - upto 22M Balance demand for main/sub parts internally and with stock/PO from other sites Release PR by Monday; complete ORR system entries before 9 PM on Tuesday Arrange loading programming for IC blanks based on PJMC WO schedule Follow transfer requests from other sites to ensure on-time delivery Manage material shelf life and perform shelf-life extension processes Provide MPA safety status and coordinate with BD to remove or adjust
2/ Production Planning - negotiable Develop production plans for SMT & ASM of SMC, ensuring schedules align with customer demand and delivery timelines Conduct capacity planning and manage production capacity to optimize resource utilization and improve efficiency Monitor and handle transfer-related activities, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions Coordinate and manage shipment plans, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any logistics or scheduling issues Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, procurement) to support overall operational performance
3/ Buyer Specialist - upto 25M Procurement function of raw components Vendor management Delivery management Execution of projects assigned Materials control function of Active/Passive/ Mechanical/Package/PCB components Materials excess control of Active/Passive/ Mechanical/Package/PCB components Data bases maintain and ensure information accuracy Manager's other tasks
