Mô tả công việc

• Follow up outstanding purchase orders to factories (artwork deadline remind, pending components/special order requirements follow up etc.)
• Update order schedules on Sage (our ERP software) and shipping schedules to sister companies.
• Receiving the purchase orders from sisters companies then arrange to issue purchase orders, shipping documents, etc to factories.
• Issuing order documents to other sisters companies
• Arrange shipments to other companies and customers in Asia Pacific
• Following up order payments.
• Stock management, follow up stock control.
• Other work that manager may need.

Yêu cầu

• English ability (Knowing Chinese is an advantage)
• Related work experience
