Mô tả công việc

I. Job Description
1. Procurement:
- Join the whole purchasing process for all goods/ services
- In charge of sourcing, screening, evaluating and selecting suppliers effectively to purchase products and services for all activities in a company
- Participate in the contract implementation step for all goods/ services
- Negotiate prices to optimize costs for the company
- Actively coordinate with related Departments on all matters relating to purchase requests to radically solve daily problems at work or to review/improve procurement processes
- Make fund schedule and payment requests relating to all contract implementation
2. Contract:
- In charge of review and revision of procurement contracts, negotiating prices contracts to obtain the best terms and conditions: for simple contracts, and develop purchase orders.
- Implement signed contracts, and ensure compliance with the provisions of the contract, the company, and the law.
- Minimize risks to the company by utilizing risk mitigation planning and effective contracting.
- Reconciling, ensuring periodic payments to service providers with the correct amount and time.
3. Warehouse Asset Management:
- In charge of the warehouse management process of the company.
- Perform actual warehouse management including stock-in, stock-out, inventory, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with related departments (warehouse accountants) to perform inventory and compare warehouse data.
4. Other tasks assigned by the line manager and BOD.

II. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics or related majorities.
- At least 2-3 years experience in the same or equal positions.
- Working experience in Fintech or Technology industry is a plus.
- Good command of English, both in written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly responsible, trustworthy, result-oriented, and excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, multi-tasking.
- Work under high pressure, quickly adapt to changes.
- Good organization, planning and time management skills.
- Good analytical and problems solving skills.
- Work well in a team or independently.
